This strategic addition builds on the company’s existing leadership excellence, including Chairman Jimmy Burgess, Broker Jennifer Ledesma, and Senior Vice President of Operations Jan Hayse, adding another elite layer of leadership to advance growth and agent development across the brokerage.

McCormack is a highly respected real estate executive with more than 28 years of industry experience and a strong track record in strategic leadership, operational scale, and the luxury market. She joins the brokerage after seven years with Ansley Real Estate/Christie’s

International Real Estate, where she served as Chief Executive Officer and Qualifying Broker. Prior to Ansley, McCormack held a series of senior leadership roles within the HomeServices of America network, including Managing Broker at Prudential Georgia Properties (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties) and Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Harry Norman, Realtors. She also served as President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and was named one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Most Admired CEOs in 2023.
