NAIOP Recognizes 2019 Best of the Best

National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) of NWFL gathered on January 24, 2019 to celebrate the biggest developments in local commercial real estate along with the industry’s local top performers at the NAIOP Annual Awards Banquet.

Member of the Year –recognizes a member who best has promoted the association and worked to further NAIOP’s activities and influence, awarded to Jay Frasier

Distinguished Member – honors an NAIOP Member who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to NAIOP, passion for the commercial real estate industry, and unparallel dedication to NAIOP, awarded to Doris Mink

UWF Scholarship Recipients – presented to local UWF students who show a passion and drive for real estate development, awarded to Ekin Gencturk and Adam Hydle

Re-Development of the Year – this year NAIOP recognized the beauty and repurposing of a historic space that has been transformed into a thriving business location, awarded to IRIS Corporate Headquarters

Office Development of the Year – presented for the development that best exemplifies innovation in the commercial real estate market, awarded to Urban Core, Honorable Mention: Gulf Breeze Center

New Development of the Year – presented to the development this is radically different than any other development in its space, a development that lead change for its area, awarded to Southtowne

NAIOP of NWFL is the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Established in 2002, the Northwest Florida Chapter membership is 90+ strong. Statewide, NAIOP represents more than 1,500 members.
