CareerSource Florida is a statewide nonprofit organization whose mission is to connect employers with qualified, skilled talent and Floridians with employment and career development opportunities. CareerSource Florida, based in Tallahassee, is the business-led statewide workforce policy and investment board charged with directing Florida’s workforce system – known as the CareerSource Florida network.
