Katie Anderson
CEO & founder of Let’s Get Social Society, 27

Katie Anderson will be the first to tell you that social media is essential to the success of a business. In 2019, she rode the wave of the influx of social media platforms, bringing to life a marketing company that allowed businesses to connect with their audiences authentically.
Who is the single greatest person who influenced/supported your journey to success?
I can’t name just one person because my inspiration comes from so many women in business who have beaten the odds. Seeing women build something from nothing, push past doubt, and succeed in industries where they weren’t always welcomed—that fuels me. Every time I see a woman take a risk, break barriers, or turn her vision into reality, it reminds me that I can do the same. Their success isn’t just inspiring—it’s proof that we all have the power to create our own path.
What motivates you?
Helping businesses grow. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a brand go from struggling with their online presence to thriving because of the strategies we’ve implemented. That, and knowing that my work allows me to create opportunities for my team.
What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?
I want to continue scaling Let’s Get Social Society, expanding our reach into new markets, and helping even more brands grow. I’d also love to mentor more up-and-coming entrepreneurs and create educational resources for businesses looking to master social media.
What is the accomplishment you’re most proud of?
Building Let’s Get Social Society from the ground up. I took a passion for social media and branding and turned it into a thriving business that now helps other companies grow and succeed online. Watching my team and our clients flourish has been incredibly rewarding.
How do you hope to make an impact within your community?
Giving back has always been important to me, especially when it comes to supporting children in foster care. As someone who has been in the foster care system myself, I understand firsthand how crucial it is to have strong advocates and a supportive community. That’s why I work with the Northwest Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation, helping to amplify their mission and bring more awareness to the needs of children in foster care. Social media is such a powerful tool for storytelling and advocacy, and I want to use it not just for business growth but also to create real change.
