Growing Your Agritourism or Ecotourism Business
Thinking about starting your own agritourism business? Have an ecotourism business you want to expand or better promote?
Learn how to do that and more at the 2014 Gulf Coast Agritourism and Ecotourism Business Development Conference sponsored by the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) Extension Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

New business startups and long established companies in the agritourism and ecotourism fields are invited to attend the conference, which will be held at Adventures Unlimited in Milton, Florida, on Nov. 5 and 6. For only $25 attendees will get a two day stay at Adventures Unlimited, all meals are included, and have a mix of informational sessions, hands-on activities, and a chance to explore agritourism and ecotourism businesses in the area.
Keynote speaker Eric Eckl will discuss messaging and direct marketing campaigns and sessions will be held on topics such as startups, staffing, benefits, health care and liability. This conference is unlike any other, because not only will it provide outstanding information, it also includes a high flying zip line and paddling adventures for conference participants, providing many opportunities for fun social time as well as networking.
Any agriculture or ecological tourism business owner, or those considering a similar business startup, are encouraged to participate in the conference. The conference is being co-sponsored by Naturally EscaRosa.
