28: The number of Certified Minority Vendors (CMV) in the Bay Corridor registered with the Department of Management Services’ Office of Supplier Diversity. This compares with 836 registered firms in the 850 region and 4.755 statewide. To be registered, CMVs must be woman- or minority-owned.
